Pressure dew point monitoring – Refrigeration dryer

Most applications in compressed air technology get by with drying using a refrigeration dryer. It is not necessary to achieve air of humidity class 3 or better, the compressed air network and the application should only be protected from condensation and the resulting corrosion. However, to ensure that no moisture condenses out at low temperatures in winter, for example, and that the line does not freeze over, it is advisable to use dew point and temperature monitoring. The products in the TPK series are ideal for this application, as they combine pressure dew point measurement with temperature measurement in one compact device. The TPK21 is specially designed for the performance ranges of refrigeration drying and can offer a simple monitoring option for this application.

To create a further level of safety, the TPK21 can be integrated into the ECOCONTROL infrastructure using GT 4.0. In the ECONET web app, the user can track and record the measured values of the pressure dew point and temperature online at any time.
