- According to a study by the Fraunhofer Institute, the leakage detection in compressed air systems is adjudged to have the largest savings potential – which makes a regular inspection with an ultrasound device advisable. Even leakages of altogether only 3 mm cross section spread over the complete network cost about 2.300,– € per year.
